It was disappointing to start my appointment 35 mins over time - i had told the clinic that if i was running late i'd let them know - but i was not. I would have appreciated the same consideration in return! It was fine but i think they filled in time to make me feel i was about to be seen when i wasn't close. Having had the best of service before - which is why i keep coming back - it felt like a bit of a let down in comparison. Won't stop me from returning, but wasn't the service i was used to. Am still waiting for the emails providing pictures of my last treatment compared to today's, which given all the time we had to spare, i think could have been prepared and shared while i was waiting for my (late) appointment to begin. Sorry to be grumpy, but you could (and usually) do better!
