Lucy was incredibly friendly and kind and explained what was happening throughout the procedure. She was honest when she said the procedure would hurt and she was right! I prefer honesty so I have realistic expectations, rather than being lulled into a false sense of security. I was given clear aftercare instructions. On a separate note, the clinic was clean and very inviting. I am looking forward to the results of my treatment and the outcome of subsequent procedures too. A FAB clinic indeed!
