This is a lovely calm environment, which is also beautifully decorated. I had my first treatment yesterday and received a first class service and extremely knowledgeable advise by a very caring team. I am looking forward to going back on Saturday for a massage to relieve muscle tension and tight ligaments, which I feel confident will be carried out with the upmost professionalism as was my treatment yesterday.

The overall experience was not good. Especially as I had been before and had my hands exfoliated put into nice warm water and a hot glove was put on my hands none of that was done this time but yet it was the same price. It didn&rsquo;t take 2 hrs it took 1.5 hrs for both manicure and pedi.<br /> My feet were put into a bowl of lovely warm water she didn&rsquo;t do any with my feet no exfoliating or filing the heels she just moved onto painting the nails. As far as I&rsquo;m concerned my second time was not a good experience. So for that reason I will not be using your services again.
